Microenterprise refers to a micro business that starts up with less amount of capital, employs a small number of people, with limited asset as well as omzet. It is organized in varying forms of business, such as sole-proprietorship, partnership, or private limited. Most micro-enterprises are structured by sole-proprietor¬ship and organized through family business, rural produc¬tion, home industry and small retailer.
The Importance of developing strategies of both cooperatives and SMEs’ are expected to increase readers’ insight into how to utilize technological advancement as well as internet of things in developing cooperatives and SMEs to go global, especially during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
